(6) Responsible for nuclear power management, drafting nuclear power development plans, access conditions, technical standards, and organizing implementation, proposing nuclear power layout and major project review opinions, organizing and coordinating nuclear power scientific research work, and organizing nuclear accident emergency management of nuclear power plants.
(7) Formulate national oil reserve plans, policies, and implement management, monitor changes in domestic and foreign oil market supply and demand, propose and order national oil reserve orders, rotation, and utilization and organize implementation, approve or review petroleum reserve facilities projects in accordance with prescribed authority, and supervise and manage business Oil reserves.
(8) Lead the development of international energy cooperation, negotiate and sign agreements with foreign energy authorities and international energy organizations, coordinate overseas energy development and utilization, and approve or review energy (coal, oil, natural gas, electricity, natural uranium, etc.) in accordance with the prescribed authority. Major overseas investment projects.
(9) Participate in the formulation of energy-related resources, fiscal and taxation, environmental protection, and climate change policies, and put forward proposals for energy price adjustment and total imports and exports.
(10) Undertake specific work of the National Energy Commission.
(11) To undertake other matters assigned by the State Council and the National Development and Reform Commission.
