一、After sales service terms of Huain conference system equipment

1.1 Service promise:

Thank you for choosing Huain conference system products. Huain conference system equipment is our company's production and operation products, which are strictly inspected and qualified before delivery. The products are guaranteed according to the specified period and maintained for life.

1.1.1 Equipment warranty period (excluding customized products and accessories):

1.1.3 Service commitment terms:

      1、During the replacement period, we provide free product replacement, enabling you to quickly resolve product failures during the replacement period without any cost; however, it does not include customized products and product accessories.
      2、Hardware custom products do not enjoy replacement service, only warranty service.
      3、During the warranty period, we provide free product repair. When the product is returned, you need to confirm the product return with us. After the confirmation, we will send the product back according to your requirements, but the corresponding shipping costs will be up to you bear.
      4、When you need it, Huayin can upgrade the product to return shipping to fast shipping at your request.
      5、In principle, our company can provide paid on-site technical services under the following conditions:
         A: The customer shall bear the cost of transportation and accommodation, and pay the service fee according to the standard.
         B: In case of force majeure, our company does not provide on-site technical services. Force majeure factors include, but are not limited to, earthquakes, floods and other natural disasters, strikes, changes in laws and regulations, political instability, war, government restrictions, rebellions, riots and other events.

1.1.5 Replacement / repair during warranty period:

  • According to the warranty terms, during the warranty period, our company is responsible for the repair or replacement of products. The warranty period is calculated from the date of delivery from the company's delivery place (based on the delivery note issued by the shipper, etc.), and the specific warranty period shall be carried out according to the provisions of various equipment types and models.
  • During the warranty period, if the product is not damaged by human, we will provide new products to replace the defective products that cannot meet the initial installation.
  • During the warranty period, if the product is not damaged by human, our company will bear the cost of repair after the product is returned, including parts and labor, standard renovation, and software / hardware upgrade, which are free of charge. You only need to bear the transportation cost of the product back and forth. We will deal with your products as soon as we receive them.
  • During the warranty period, if any product problem is found due to negligence or improper use, all fees such as service fee and transportation fee shall be charged.
  • You shall bear all expenses for the repair of products beyond the warranty period. We will provide a standard repair price list, including parts cost, labor cost, standard refurbishment cost and all freight, you can pay by transfer.

二、After sales service terms of other equipment

In addition to the products produced by our company, the warranty of other equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the after-sales service terms of the product manufacturer.

三、Packaging and transportation of returned products

You are responsible for protecting the value of the returned products. When returning the products, you should use the correct packaging and transportation methods. If the products are damaged due to the failure to meet the following packaging and transportation requirements, our company reserves the right to refuse the quality assurance service.

  1. Packaging requirements:
    • All equipment shall be packed in the original packaging box of the equipment or other equivalent packaging suitable for transportation, and the corresponding accessories shall be complete;
    • All equipment must be safely packed in the outer packing box to prevent equipment damage;
    • There must be enough outer packing to protect the inner products from possible damage during shipment.
  2. Transportation requirements:
    • Highway or suitable transportation mode to ensure product quality.
